An artistic form of support! Kroy Biermann has been by wife Kim Zolciak’s side throughout her recent health issues. And on Wednesday, Oct. 28, the Atlanta Falcons defensive end, 30, took it up a notch.
The Don’t Be Tardy star, 37, posted an Instagram photo of her hubby’s painted toenails on Instagram, writing, “Kroys toes for my surgery if that isn't love I don't know what is!!”
In the photo, Biermann’s big toenails are painted white with a red heart and a black EKG line running across them. The reality star underwent surgery on Tuesday, after doctors discovered last month that she had a heart condition.

The former Dancing With the Stars contestant was eliminated from the show after suffering a mini stroke last month.
