Kim Kardashian's momager has her back. The pregnant reality star and her legal team listed Kris Jenner as a witness in a document filed Monday, April 8 in Los Angeles, ahead of a May 6 trial date for her ongoing divorce case with estranged husband Kris Humphries.
According to court records via E! News, Kardashian, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West, will have Jenner, lawyers and managers and even Humphries himself testify about their relationship and their prenuptial agreement.
The 32-year-old reality star filed for divorce from Humphries in October 2011 after 72 days of marriage. The NBA player, 28, countered with annulment based on fraud. Kardashian's legal team says she will testify that she "did not defraud [Humphries] into marrying her."
The first-time mom-to-be did not list West or sisters Kourtney and Khloe as witnesses. Humphries and his lawyers have not yet filed their list.
Before the scheduled May 6 trial, Kardashian and Humphries will appear in court Friday in an attempt to reach a settlement.
