Khloé Kardashian is revealing where she stands with Good American amid drama.
“What is my current position with Good American?” Kardashian, 41, said on the Wednesday, March 4, episode of the “Khloé in Wonder Land” podcast, while answering fan questions.
“For Good American, I’m still cofounder and owner,” Kardashian continued. “At first, I think you really want to help build the brand as much as you can, and we have definitely done that. But Good American is doing well so well and Good American is strong enough and stable enough to sustain on its own but I am still very much cofounder and owner of the brand.”
Kardashian, who cofounded Good American with Emma Grede, helped launch the fashion brand nearly one decade ago. Rumors, however, began swirling earlier this year that Kardashian may have distanced herself from Good American.
One content creator added fuel to the fire by pointing out that the Kardashians star hadn’t posted about Good American on her Instagram grid since 2024.
“Meanwhile [Kardashian] has been promoting her collaboration with Fabletics heavily,” creator @georgiejxmes said in the video, pointing out that Good American is “not linked” in Kardashian’s Instagram bio.
In the clip, the influencer also speculated about a rift between Kardashian and Grede, 43. The creator alleged that Kardashian “unfollowed Emma on Instagram.” (Khloé does not follow Grede as of March 4, while Grede follows Khloé, Kourtney and Kim Kardashian — with whom she is a founding partner of Skims. Grede also follows Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner and Kris Jenner.)
“Khloé and Emma had a working relationship that fizzled out,” an insider exclusively told Luxury Handbag Shopping in February. “They aren’t close and haven’t been in a while because they don’t work closely together anymore. It’s been like this for the last year.”
The source noted that Khloé is “still an investor” in Good American, but has also “focused her time and attention on her newest podcast project and her Khloud line, for which she is hoping to release more new products soon.”
“She is not involved in strategy or operations for Good American but is still an ambassador,” the insider explained to Us.
A separate source close to the situation noted that Khloé is still a “cofounder of the business and still involved, but Khloé and Emma are not close anymore.” (Luxury Handbag Shopping reached out to Khloé, Good American and Grede for comment at the time.)
