Kanye West’s former assistant Lauren Pisciotta recently amended her 2024 lawsuit against the rapper, accusing him of sexual assault and battery.

Pisciotta originally filed a sexual harassment and wrongful termination suit against West, 48, in June 2024. In her amended complaint filed earlier this week and obtained by Luxury Handbag Shopping, Pisciotta is also accusing West of fostering a hostile work environment, sexual assault and battery, sex trafficking, stalking, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

“Instead of advancing Ms. Pisciotta’s career in the music industry, Ye destroyed it. Ye subjected Ms. Pisciotta to obscene comments about her body, demanded she wear tight fitting clothing, groped her on a regular basis, forced her to watch Ye perform sexual acts with other women, sent her sexually explicit pictures and demanded she do the same, and repeatedly demanded that she join his sexual encounters, which she refused,” the court documents read. “On one occasion, Ye attempted to vaginally penetrate Ms. Pisciotta with his fingers. On another occasion, he orally raped her without her consent. Both assaults occurred during the course of Ms. Pisciotta’s employment.”

Pisciotta also claimed that West “terrorized and dominated” her for approximately two years under the alleged “pretense of offering serious career advancement opportunities.” In her filing, Pisciotta alleged that West “abruptly terminated” her employment after “multiple failed attempts” at coercing her to engage in sexual acts.

“Even after terminating Ms. Pisciotta, Ye continued to subjugate and intimidate her through assault, battery, stalking and harassment,” the filing claims. “After he terminated Ms. Pisciotta, Ye moved into a unit in her apartment complex, placing her in fear for her safety. On one occasion, Ye forcibly grabbed Ms. Pisciotta by the throat. When Ms. Pisciotta eventually relocated to Florida to escape him, Ye hired a third party to harass Ms. Pisciotta by falsely reporting nonexistent emergencies and incidents, as well as requesting bogus services and deliveries to her residence.”

West denied Pisciotta’s recent allegations.

“Lauren Pisciotta’s amended complaint is the fourth version she has advanced. Each new revision contradicts the others; each is more absurd and outlandish than all previous claims combined,” a Yeezy spokesperson told Us in a Sunday, July 13, statement. “Does Ms. Pisciotta actually believe her confabulations? We cannot know. But this breathless new installment of fantasy fiction discredits all past, present and future testimony. The Courts are no place to indulge delusions and mental disturbances. We stand ready to annihilate Ms. Pisciotta’s tall tales before a jury — an exoneration so inevitable that even she, lost in her fog of fantasy, must surely see it coming.”

West also previously denied Pisciotta’s initial claims.

“In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta,” West’s attorneys said in a statement last year. “Prior to her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved.”

West further claimed that Pisciotta was fired “for being unqualified.”
