Jon Gosselin says estranged wife Kate is in the dog house — because she won't take care of his German Shephard puppies, Shoka and Nala.
So he is returning them to the breeders.
"It's not fair to the dogs to not be wanted in their own home," Jon, 32, tells E! News.
