Jessica Simpson looked amazing during her interview on the Today show on Wednesday, but the mom of two was a bit disheveled after landing back home at LAX on Thursday, Sept. 25.
Looking svelte in a plunging black top and black pants, Simpson’s new shorter ‘do and extensions were accidentally on full display as she made her way out of the airport.
Despite the hair faux pas, the blonde still looked on point with sunglasses and her signature sky-high pumps. While talking with Matt Lauer, a slimmed down Simpson admitted that it hurt when she’d read negative comments about her weight, but that other people’s opinions didn’t really matter.
“It wasn’t my priority to please the public and make them feel like I’m supposed to be looking like I did when I was 24,” she told Lauer. “I’m not saying they didn’t hurt. I’m a woman. I have feelings, hormones,” the Weight Watcher spokeswoman added. “I got emotional about it at times. But if anything, I just wanted to be a champion for other women and say, ‘We can do this.'”
