Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia made a name for herself online way before dating Zach Bryan.
LaPaglia started working for Barstool Sports as an intern in 2020. Shortly after joining the company, they offered her a full-time role that came with her own podcast. The “PlanBri Uncut” brand was born when LaPaglia told listeners to “sleep when you’re dead,” and encouraged them to live their best lives in their 20s.
As she continued to grow a larger following, LaPaglia’s love life entered the spotlight, too. While she had a few boyfriends during the early days of her career, things blew up for the podcast host when she and Bryan went public with their romance in July 2023.
LaPaglia met the “Something in the Orange” singer in May 2023 when they both attended the ACM Awards in Texas. However, they were both in other relationships at the time. Following their receptive splits, things started heating up between LaPaglia and Bryan. They were together for a little over a year before Bryan confirmed in October 2024 that they split.
At the time, he shared a lengthy Instagram Story announcing their breakup. Shortly thereafter, LaPaglia posted her own social media statement claiming that she was “blindsided” by his note. She further discussed their split in a YouTube video before sharing that she would be taking a brief break from the internet.
“How can you, like, give every ounce of yourself to someone and then, like, be discarded of in a few days,” she wondered in the clip. “It’s really, really heartbreaking and I don’t want to talk about details right now.”
