Glen Powell and Michelle Randoph are gearing up to ring in 2026 together.
The duo are “spending the New Year’s holiday together in St. Barths with a huge group of friends,” a source tells Luxury Handbag Shopping exclusively.
“They traveled together and Glen invited her on the trip,” the insider adds. “It worked out because Michelle also had mutual friends going as well.”
Miles Teller’s wife, Keleigh Teller, offered a brief look at the vacation via Instagram Stories on Tuesday, December 30. Influencer Alix Earle and Nina Dobrev were also spotted on the getaway. They’ve all “been partying the last few days in a huge group,” the source adds.
According to the insider, Randolph, 28, and Powell, 37, “are dating” but “keeping things casual and low-key” for now. (Us broke the news of the pair’s relationship earlier this month.)
“Glen is very into her and they are having a lot of fun. He thinks she’s so beautiful and is smitten,” the source continues. “They have a lot in common both being in the industry. Michelle is very reserved and Glen brings out a fun side in her.”
Randolph and Powell’s connection came “naturally” and has been “very easy,” the insider shares, noting that the duo “bonded over similar values and humor.”
Keeping their budding romance “off social media” is an “intentional” move, per the source.
“They’ve spent some real quality time traveling recently,” the insider tells Us. “Neither of them is rushing or trying to define it too fast.”
The source adds: “Glen loves how grounded and confident Michelle is, and she’s drawn to how thoughtful and normal he is.”
Both Randolph and Powell are famously close with their families, who have “been supportive from the start,” the insider says, noting that those close to the pair “think they’re a great match.”
“Everyone’s letting them move at their own pace. They both have met their immediate family members,” the same source notes. “Right now it’s very much about enjoying each other, seeing where it goes, and not forcing anything.”
Romance rumors between Randolph and Powell started swirling last month after they were spotted dancing at a bar in the Top Gun: Maverick star’s hometown of Austin, Texas. Us previously reported that the two have been trying to keep their relationship “under the radar” since October.
“They have been spending more time together in the last few weeks since they both have a break from filming,” a separate source told Us earlier this month. “She’s spent a lot of time in Texas this last year filming [Landman on Paramount+] and has that in common with Glen. Being from California, Michelle has really grown to love Texas, and they have bonded over it.”
Neither Randolph nor Powell are strangers to a public romance as both stars have been linked to fellow actors through the years.
The Landman actress dated Wizards of Waverly Place alum Gregg Sulkin from 2018 to 2023. Powell, meanwhile, was in a relationship with Gigi Paris from 2020 to 2023.
