90 Day Fiancé stars Gino Palazzolo and Jasmine Pineda are still in the middle of a quarrelsome divorce nearly three years after they tied the knot, Luxury Handbag Shopping can exclusively report.
Gino, 57, filed docs in July 2025 to legally end their union in Michigan, where the now-exes wed in June 2023, noting they separated on April 22, 2024. Jasmine, for her part, filed in Florida last August.
Jasmine, 39, claimed to be unable to serve him divorce papers at his home in Michigan, according to an October 2025 report from TMZ, so she published it in the local paper. (Gino’s lawyer Thomas Quartz spoke out at the time, claiming that his client actually was first to file for divorce in Michigan. The attorney alleged that Jasmine had refused service of Gino’s divorce documents and was now trying to get alternate service for her own case.)
Us has learned that Gino now intends to file a motion regarding a child born out of wedlock, referring to Jasmine’s daughter, Matilda, shared with her boyfriend, Matt Branistareanu.
Jasmine announced the arrival of her third child — and first with Matt — in April 2025. She is also the mom of sons Juance and JC from a past relationship.
During an episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? which aired in October 2025, it was revealed that because Jasmine was legally married to Gino when her baby girl was born, Gino was presumed to be the legal father in the state of Florida. The attorney clarified that Gino could potentially have legal rights to the child even though he is not the biological father.
Jasmine told the attorney that she and Gino entered an open marriage, which was documented during the former couple’s appearance on 90 Day: The Last Resort, after struggles with intimacy and other disputes. She noted that Gino was seemingly accepting of her dynamic with Matt until a certain point, at which Matt took her in. They found out she was expecting soon after.
Us has learned that Gino will not have parenting time. Gino wants her to have sole legal and physical custody of Matilda and is asking that property and debts be equally divided.
Jasmine filed her response earlier this month on March 12 and noted that she also wants to divide all assets and debts equally.
She’s asking for Gino to provide complete bank account statements for all checking, savings and other financials they had individually and together during their marriage.
Jasmine also wants Gino to produce all documents reflecting payments made by him to any third-party for more than $2000.
Her request includes financial records that show income, compensation, payments and appearance fees, as well as residual earnings in connection with any TV program and media appearances.
