Influencer Savannah Alexander is opening up about her “incredibly painful” postpartum year.
“I want to acknowledge my absence and say thank you for all your prayers,” Alexander, 31, wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, March 24. “There’s a lot I’ve had to navigate that is deeply personal, and I’m taking the time to focus on what’s best for my family and me.”
The content creator, who welcomed her fourth baby with Joshua Alexander in January, went on to say that she’s “not ready” to share details regarding her experience.
“I appreciate the support and understand that I know you all have for me,” she continued. “I have delayed and taken as much time as I can, but at the end of the day, social media is my job and I need to do what’s best for my family and that is showing up here in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.”
Alexander concluded her message by writing, “As I navigate coming back, things will look much different. I want to thank you for guys so much for being here and being patient with me.”
Her influencer’s friends and fans sent her love in the comments section. “❤️❤️❤️❤️,” Emiie Kiser wrote, while Allison Kuch added, “Love you Sav.” One of her followers also commented, “I love you. So so much. Forever your biggest fan, Vanny ❤️.”
Savannah shares daughters Riella, 4, Starlie, 2, and sons Zeal, 19 months, and Anthem, 3 months, with Joshua. On January 20, she announced that she gave birth to Anthem.

“Anthem Lion, we all love you a whole lot 💙 ,” she captioned a photo of herself giving her little one a kiss while laying in a hospital bed. She also shared a sweet photo of Joshua crouching down and introducing their three other children to Anthem.
Savannah and Joshua celebrated six years together in October 2025. In a sweet joint post, they edited together clips of their life, including their wedding, family photo shoots, wholesome memories with their kids and more.
“6 YEARS.. can’t believe the life we’ve been blessed with 😭,” they captioned the post.
The couple started vlogging in 2017 and quickly gained an impressive amount of followers. In December 2019, they tied the knot. Savannah stunned in a white lace gown, while Joshua looked sharp in a white tuxedo and black dress shirt.
