Heidi Klum is dishing about her workout routine and how she stays fit – which includes lots of “very good” sex with husband Tom Kaulitz.
“Sport en chambre is my favorite exercise — it sounds better in French,” the supermodel, 51, told The Times in a new profile published on Friday, November 1. “I have a younger husband. I also run around a lot, having four kids. I don’t have an assistant, so I don’t have people pack for me or carry my things, I do everything myself.”
She continued: “I eat right, I never exercise too much or do heavy weights. People can push themselves too hard. I listen to my body. I have no back or knee pain and I have my husband … My husband is my match.”
Klum and Kaulitz, 35, were first romantically linked in March 2018, after the pair were spotted packing on the PDA at a Loraine Schwartz launch party. By December of that same year, the Tokio Hotel guitarist popped the question to Klum and the couple secretly tied the knot a few months later. In August 2019, they held a larger ceremony for family, friends and loved ones in Capri, Italy.
(Klum was previously married to Ric Pipino from 1997 to 2002. She was also married to singer Seal from 2005 to 2014. The exes share sons Henry, 19, Johan, 17, and Lou, 15. She also shares daughter Leni, 20, with ex Flavio Briatore.)
While Klum has made it clear that she and Kaulitz know how to have a good time in the sack, the former Victoria’s Secret model and her musician hubby have proven time and time again that they have fun outside of the bedroom as well. The duo is known for throwing the most anticipated Halloween party of the season, debuting an epic couple’s costume for the star-studded soiree year after year.
For this year’s big celebration, the Project Runway alum and Kaulitz had jaws on the floor after they stepped out in ET costumes at the New York City bash on Thursday, October 31.
(ET is a fictional extraterrestrial character in the popular 1982 movie of the same name that was directed by Steven Spielberg, and starred Henry Thomas as Elliot and Drew Barrymore as Gertie.)
Klum and Kaulitz went all out for the holiday, donning a full face of prosthetics that gave them an alien-like appearance. Their eyes could also be seen poking out of the costume’s “neck” while the head of ET perched above.
Klum previously told Extra that her costume was from “a different planet” while visiting the Empire State Building earlier this week.
“It’s not from earth and it’s a couple’s costume,” she hinted. “[Tom] is such a good sport because it’s hours and hours of planning, fittings, prosthetics. For me, it is fun because I love the art of it and I love the amazing people that are able to put all these prosthetics on me.”
While speaking exclusively to Luxury Handbag Shopping in 2018, Klum made similar sweet comments about Kaulitz when discussing their special connection.
“He’s the kindest, sweetest, most caring, loving person,” she told Us at the time. “I feel so lucky. I don’t know when I was this happy the last time in my life. I mean, I am with my children, but with, you know, a man. He’s absolutely wonderful.”
