Here’s hoping Halle Berry, fiance Olivier Martinez and her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry settle their differences soon — for Nahla’s sake.
After Martinez, 46, and Aubry, 36, both sustained serious injuries for a Thanksgiving Day brawl, all three remain in a heated custody battle over Nahla, Berry and Aubry’s 4-year-old daughter.
The Oscar-winning actress, 46, recently lost a court petition to move full-time with her daughter to France, her husband-to-be’s home country — and the ongoing tensions led to that violent tussle between her current and former beaus and new legal battles. (An emergency restraining order keeping French-Canadian model Aubry away from Berry, Martinez and his daughter expires this Thursday, Nov. 29; no official word yet on whether either of the men will be charged in the assault.)
“They keep playing this game and Nahla is used as a pawn,” a confidante says of the soft-spoken pre-schooler in the new Luxury Handbag Shopping, out now. “It’s her I feel sorry for.”
Says another source of the Cloud Atlas star, who has a history of volatile romances: “All [Halle] wants is a normal family life.”
