Graham Norton is setting the record straight on whether or not he actually signed non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to attend Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s upcoming wedding.

“I don’t know, no [I have not signed a non-disclosure agreement],” Norton, 62, told “Wanging On” podcast cohost Maria McErlane at Advertising Week Europe on Wednesday, March 25, according to The Independent.

The Irish talk show host continued, “I said that as a joke on the podcast. I said, ‘Oh, I’ve signed all these NDAs,’ and then it started getting reported as a serious thing in America. I didn’t say [to] cut that out because I thought it was so obviously a joke.”

Norton went viral in January when he was asked about the couple’s wedding on his podcast.

“I can say nothing. I’ve signed so many NDAs,” he joked at the time.

Norton and Swift, 36, became friends in October 2025 when the pop star appeared on his talk show alongside fellow actors Domhnall Gleeson, Cillian Murphy, Greta Lee and Jodie Turner-Smith. Swift ultimately featured the group, as well as the talk show episode’s musical guest, Lewis Capaldi, in her “Opalite” music video.

“The whole thing came to her in a blinding flash while she was on the [Graham Norton Show] sofa,” Norton said of the music video last month. “The next thing you know, she’s written this whole treatment. Taylor is a marvelous director. Her ability to not get stressed is extraordinary.”

Swift and Kelce, 36, got engaged in August 2025. During her appearance on The Graham Norton Show, Swift was asked about her wedding plans.

“Is next year the wedding year?” Norton asked Swift at the time. “Is that when it’s happening?”

The “Fate of Ophelia” singer told the comedian that he would “know” when plans were made.

“I just mean that I was going to invite you to it,” she said, adding that she had yet to start planning her big day. “I’m doing the [Life of a Showgirl] album [promotional tour] now, which is a big thing. Then, I think the wedding is what happens after that in the scheme of the planning, but I’m so excited about it.”

Swift continued, “I know it’s going to be fun to plan because I think the only stressful weddings are the ones where you have a small amount [of guests], and people are on the bubble. Then, you have to evaluate or assess your relationship with them to see if they should be there? I’m not going to do that.”
