Better than an Oscar! Eddie Redmayne and his wife of a year, Hannah Bagshawe, are expecting their first child together, a source close to Bagshawe confirms to Luxury Handbag Shopping.
The Danish Girl star, 33, wed Bagshawe on December 15, 2014, a month before he won his first Oscar for portraying Stephen Hawking in The Theory of Everything.
Prior to their marriage, the pair had been together for three years. But publicist Bagshawe almost didn't make it down the aisle for their big day.
"My wife — it sounds so amazing just after you get married, even the terms sound new — she has never been on time for anything in her life," Redmayne told Ellen DeGeneres this past January. "She was a good half-hour late. Her grandfather had to be sort of held back from going and summoning her. Everyone else was really stressed, but I was kind of relaxed knowing that she’d never been on time for pretty much anything in her life."
