Robert "Dr. 90210" Ray is blasting Heidi Montag once again for undergoing 10 plastic surgery operations in one day.
He previously told UsMagazine.com The Hills star, 23, shouldn't have had more than "three or four" procedures.

In a Playboy Radio interview Tuesday, he said Montag "can do whatever she wants."
"What worries me: What message is she telegraphing to young girls?" he added. "Heidi, what message are you sending to young girls who look up to you?
"If you want to shave your chin a little bit, that's fine," he went on. "But multiple operations on a girl who's already drop dead gorgeous … what message are you sending to young girls?"
The new Luxury Handbag Shopping – on newsstands now – reports that Montag is so warped by fame that it led her to undergo the operations.
"She knew it would be a huge story," a source tells Luxury Handbag Shopping.
The operations didn't go over so well with her mother. "How do I go ahead and say, of course, you were more beautiful before?" she told Heidi on Tuesday's Hills premiere, prompting Heidi to break down.
