TikTok’s Desmond Scott was spotted kissing a mystery woman days after estranged wife Kristy Scott filed for divorce.
In footage obtained by TMZ on Thursday, January 15, Desmond was seen at the Houston, Texas, bar Sante, with a woman on his lap. The pair were spotted locking lips for an extended period of time.
Luxury Handbag Shopping reached out to Desmond for comment.
Us confirmed earlier this month that Kristy, 30 — who goes by Kristy Sarah online — filed for divorce from Desmond in December 2025 after 11 years of marriage. She cited alleged infidelity as the reason for the pair’s split.
The filing stated that there is no chance of reconciliation for the twosome, noting that Kristy and Desmond would “soon stop living together as husband and wife.” Luxury Handbag Shopping reached out for comment at the time.
In her divorce petition obtained exclusively by Us, Kristy asked the court to restore her surname to her maiden name, Small. As for the pair’s children — sons Vance, 7, and Westin 6 — Kristy noted that she and Desmond plan to enter a written agreement about custody, access and support. If the exes cannot agree on terms for the kids, Kristy wants the court to come to a conclusion.
Desmond broke his silence on Kristy’s divorce filing on January 10.
“I want to begin by apologizing to Kristy, our family, and everyone who has been impacted by the public attention surrounding this situation,” he wrote via his Instagram Story. “I know this news has been disappointing for many, and I’m truly sorry for the hurt it has caused.”
Desmond continued, “Kristy is the mother of my children, and that will always come first. I remain fully committed to being an active, present, and loving parent to our boys, as I have always been.”
Desmond noted that he made “choices” he was “not proud of.”
“I took responsibility for those actions,” he wrote. “I shared this with her directly and personally, and ultimately we decided to divorce. I ask for privacy and compassion as we navigate this difficult chapter in our lives.”
Kristy, for her part, has yet to publicly address Desmond’s statement or the split. Days after her divorce filing, Kristy alluded to her current living situation, writing in a Wednesday, January 14, Instagram post, “Same address.”
One month before Kristy’s divorce filing became public, fans think she hinted at her marital status. In a TikTok uploaded in December 2025, Kristy attempted to cook for herself but wound up setting off the fire alarm.
“I can’t tell if that’s cooked or just almost cooked. The line between cooked and almost cooked is literally death, so,” Kristy said in the clip, before she opened doors to aid the fire alarm.
“Any time I attempt to cook,” Kristy wrote over her TikTok, adding in the caption, “It escalated so quickly …”
In the comments section, users have since pointed to this being a sign that the pair were headed for divorce as Desmond — who is a chef — primarily handled the cooking.
“She’s cooking and before he would do all the cooking so it makes sense,” one user wrote, while another claimed, “I remember when she said she will never learn how to cook coz she married a chef…..now she is learning….it’s truly over😭.”
