Former United States Secretary of Replica Luxury Handbagland Security Kristi Noem‘s husband, Bryon Noem, allegedly told a dominatrix that he was willing to leave his wife for her.
“He really liked a confident woman,” Bryon’s alleged dominatrix, Shy Sotomayor, told the Daily Mail in an interview published on Friday, April 10. “I don’t embrace the airhead, ditzy personality that a lot of bimbos do. I expect to be worshipped, not degraded.”
In late March, reports emerged that Bryon, 56, participated in online fetish forums while occasionally wearing pink hot pants and fake breasts. He allegedly paid $25,000 to chat with online models in the “bimbofication” scene, where models use silicone injections and surgical enhancements to look like dolls.
OnlyFans model Nicole Raccagno subsequently claimed that Bryon offered to pay for her breast augmentation surgery and told her he “would love to marry” her. A spokesperson for Kristi reacted to the mounting allegations by saying the former Trump administration official was “devastated.”
“The family was blindsided by this, and they ask for privacy and prayers at the time,” a spokesperson told the New York Post.
On Friday, the Daily Mail published alleged text messages and audio of Bryon’s reported fetish sessions with Sotomayor — a dominatrix who goes by Raelynn Riley online. Per Sotomayor, the two originally connected online in 2016 and got back in touch late last year.
After they reconnected in 2025, Bryon allegedly told Sotomayor that he could see them both “leaving our spouses for each other” and expressed other desires, allegedly asking to be called “Crystal.”
The dominatrix admitted she was stunned that Bryon chose a name that was so close to his wife’s.
“I was just jaw to the floor, thrown for a loop that he wanted to be called that, so close to her name, when he could have gone with Stephanie or something,” Sotomayor told the Daily Mail.

While Bryon allegedly went by the alias “Jason Jackson” in early interactions, Sotomayor said that she eventually discovered his true identity. In subsequent text messages, Sotomayor routinely insulted Kristi for her anti-immigration policies.
“There’s no female compared to me. Especially your wife,” Sotomayor insisted in one message, to which Bryon allegedly replied, “True!!!”
At one stage, Sotomayor said that Bryon agreed to pay $20,000 to meet her in person, though she clarified that neither the payment nor the meeting ever actually came to pass. (She did allege that Bryon paid her $7,600 in November 2025 alone for her services.)
Sotomayor told the Daily Mail that she ultimately cut off communication with Bryon in March, three weeks after Kristi was fired by President Donald Trump as secretary of Replica Luxury Handbagland Security.
“I needed to set some boundaries and just take care of myself,” she explained. “I’ve had moments when I’m wondering how did this become my life? I just never thought I would be the mistress to ICE.”
Luxury Handbag Shopping has reached out to the Noems for comment.
While President Trump has not responded to these latest allegations, he did react to initial reports that Bryon was allegedly involved in festish communities.
“They confirmed it? Wow, well, I feel badly for the family if that’s the case, that’s too bad,” he told the Daily Mail on March 31. “I haven’t seen anything. I don’t know anything about it. That’s too bad, but I just know nothing about it.”
The Noems are the parents of three children: daughters Kassidy and Kennedy and son Booker. They tied the knot in Watertown, South Dakota, in 1992.
