Brandi Glanville says her health problems have had a major impact on her sex life.
“This is the most insecure I’ve ever been in my life,” Glanville, 52, shared on an upcoming episode of the “Private Talk With Alexis Texas” podcast via Daily Mail. “I isolate. I don’t wanna leave the house. The last thing I’m thinking about is, like, having someone look at my face.”
The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star previously took steps to try and remove facial parasites. Botched star Dr. Terry Dubrow also met with Glanville to try and figure out what’s causing her facial deformity.
“We have some preliminary information which is positive, but it’s a tough situation she’s in,” Dubrow, 66, told Us in March. “It’s just a big mystery.”
Glanville said she has been celibate — not by choice — for two years and needs “human touch.”
“I have two years of looking hot left. This is not hot,” she told podcast host Alexis Texas. “I’m feeling really insecure about my face.”
In recent months, Glanville — who shares sons Mason, 21, and Jake, 18, with ex-husband Eddie Cibrian — said she spent $113,000 seeking treatment for her mysterious health condition, which she believes has been caused by a facial parasite.
The “Remedy” singer has insurance, but she has already run through all her covered options to no avail.
“I just wanna find a doctor who makes it, like, his mission to help me,” Glanville told Us in April, noting that she still hasn’t received any answers or a definitive diagnosis. “And not just me, [but] these other poor women who have been going through this for so long, and men, too. I’ve had a couple of men reach out. I feel for them, like, I know exactly what they’re talking about and the pressure in their head, how they feel it’s gonna explode. … I’m at my wits’ end.”
Throughout the process, Glanville said she has had the support of her sons, who also want answers in regards to their mom’s health struggles.
Because of her insecurities, Glanville sometimes wonders if she’s not being the best parent she can be.
“They’re so fed up [and] they’re like, ‘You’re going to another doctor.’ They’re like, ‘This is ridiculous. I can’t believe no one’s figured this out yet,’” Glanville explained to Us. “They’re like, ‘It’s two years … this is crazy, Mom.’ I’m like, ‘Trust me. I’m going through it.’ But they’re going through it too because I’m not the best version of myself.”
