Adult content creator Bonnie Blue is not letting a permanent OnlyFans ban put an end to her career.
“It’s clearly unfair and it’s frustrating because I’ve been singled out and it’s just because I get more press and more views,” Blue, 26, claimed to Luxury Handbag Shopping exclusively. “It’s not because what I did was dangerous. I’ve been the only content creator that’s happily slept with the numbers I have and have walked away smiling each time.”
The U.K. creator (born Tia Emma Billinger) made headlines earlier this year when she claimed to have broken a world record by sleeping with 1,057 men in 12 hours. She has since gained attention for her out-of-the-box events, including announcing her plans for a “petting zoo” challenge — which ultimately played a role in her ban from the platform. (The challenge was set to feature Blue unclothed and tied to a glass box as she attempted to sleep with 2,000 men.)
Blue told Us that she was given a warning ahead of her permanent OnlyFans ban, but alleged that the heads-up was actually in reference to a different creator’s event. When Blue told the platform they had her confused with another OnlyFans star, she received a seven-day ban for her “petting zoo” event. (Blue also claimed that OnlyFans banned her from uploading consent forms after her world-record breaking event in January.)
“I removed all the evidence of the event and even went on TikTok, Instagram and Twitter and said, ‘Hey, the event is no longer going ahead. The event’s been canceled,’” Blue said, referencing the “petting zoo” challenge. “The day before the account was due to come back, they gave me a permanent ban.”
While Blue was allegedly reassured by the platform that all content creators are “treated the exact same,” she claimed that OnlyFans has not banned other stars — which she thinks is a double-standard.
Blue claimed that she has more than 1 billion views per month across her social media platform and alleged that she’s receiving more exposure in the press compared to other creators, meaning she has more eyes watching her moves.
“If OnlyFans was to have come forward and said, ‘We didn’t like the amount of press Bonnie was getting, or it was bad for the company,’ I couldn’t have argued that because yes, I get more press and yes, I do get a lot of bad press as well,” she said. “But telling me I’m treated the same as everybody else is clearly just not true.”
Blue shared that she has since transitioned to Fansly, a competing platform which she described as more “sex positive” compared to OnlyFans.
“I just obviously didn’t make the switch sooner because I had a very large fan base on OnlyFans,” Blue told Us. “I had nearly 900,000 subscribers. When someone’s comfortable and used to one thing sort of moving ’em up and switching to a platform, it’s like moving house. You always know you need to move house, but you just delay it because it’s a lot of work.”
Blue claimed that OnlyFans was “becoming stricter and stricter” on her and that she was losing “the creative side” of her content.
“I was losing what I enjoyed doing the most because I was having to keep abiding by new rules, which was added just for me,” Blue shared. “Whereas I want to be able to sleep with large numbers of people. I want to be able to be pleasured by the public and be able to speak so positively about sex and not think, ‘Oh my gosh, I’m going to get in trouble for speaking about sex.’”
Since she began her journey on Fansly, Blue told Us that she has received a warning for an NSFW video involving urine but she “instantly” removed the clip and is learning the rules and regulations on the platform. As for her infamous “petting zoo” event, Blue told Us that she’s hesitant about rescheduling.
“It ended up becoming so negative because I had to cancel it then I was like, ‘No, it’s back on.’ Then I had to remove content of it and it just felt like I went so backwards and forwards with it,” she explained. “However, I do want to continue events. I do want to continue sleeping with the public.”
When rumors swirled that Blue was banned from OnlyFans, a spokesperson from the platform told Us that “extreme ‘challenge’ content is not available” and “is not permitted” under their acceptable use policy and terms of service. The spokesperson added, “Any breach of our Terms of Service results in content or account deactivation.”
