Below Deck alum Trevor Walker has been arrested — for the second time this year — after allegedly driving while under the influence.

News broke that Walker was taken into custody by the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, March 30. Luxury Handbag Shopping obtained the former reality star’s mugshot after he was charged with driving on a suspended license, committing a moving traffic violation, felony DUI and a separate misdemeanor theft charge.

The former reality star was released on Tuesday, March 31. His next court date is scheduled for late April.

Bravo viewers remember Walker from his time on the hit series. He made an appearance in season 4 as a senior deckhand before he was ultimately demoted by Kelley Johnson after several tense moments with his coworkers.

Walker was ultimately fired by Captain Lee Rosbach and hasn’t returned to the franchise since. His latest set of legal issues, meanwhile, come just two months after he was booked for larceny. Walker was also previously arrested in 2024 for a misdemeanor DUI, which he was found guilty for, sentenced in May 2024 and his probation was terminated in February 2025.

Below Deck, which debuted in 2013 and has spawned several spinoffs, follows the lives of crew members who work and live on super yachts during charter season. The hit series has inspired follow-ups including Below Deck Med, Below Deck Sailing Yacht, Below Deck Down Under and Below Deck Adventure.

Other Below Deck stars who made headlines after their time on the show include Below Deck Adventure alum Kyle Dickard, who was arrested in 2022 after he ran onto a soccer field during a game and allegedly tried to bribe authorities to secure his release.

According to court documents, Dickard was taken into custody after he ran from the stands into the stadium. He was apprehended by security, resisted and was ultimately tackled to the ground. Dickard attempted to run back onto the field before being arrested.

The arrest report stated that Dickard’s behavior “caused the crowd to become unruly” and “incited several others to run onto the field” during the event. The Bravo personality, for his part, didn’t appear worried about his legal woes.

“How it started vs. How it ended 😅 I would of scored if I had a belt on…js,” Dickard wrote via Instagram at the time about the incident shortly after his release. The social media post included footage of him getting ready to run onto the field and a copy of his mugshot.

Dickard was released that same month on a $7,500 bond.
