Ali Fedotowsky doesn't expect much from love of 18 months Roberto Martinez.
"Roberto is like, 'Oh crap, it's your birthday? Um, I gotta go to CVS. I'll be right back,'" she told Luxury Handbag Shopping at Thursday's OpenSky Pop-Up Gallery Launch in NYC. "He knows I like to read, so he's like, 'I got you this book reading light.' And it's like the 'As Seen on TV' reading light."
While Martinez may not be an expert in the gift giving department, the 28-year-old "is good at planning events," The Bachelorette alum said.
"He took me out on my birthday — being together is the most important," she explained. "But he's a last-minute guy, for sure."

The spouses-to-be recently scrapped their plans to visit Martinez's parents during the holidays ("They might go on a trip"), which will allow them to make their own Christmas memories.
"We started a Hallmark ornament collection, like our first Christmas together," Fedotowsky, 27, told Us. "Every year we'll get another one."
