90 Day Fiancé star Liz Woods shared an emotional update about her ongoing health struggles.

Earlier this week, the TLC personality, 33, uploaded a black-and-white photo via Instagram in which she held her daughter Ryleigh’s hand on the beach.

“She’s not my little 5 year old anymore she’s blossomed into her first year of a teenager 🖤 reminiscing in this moment,” Woods captioned the snapshot along with her latest diagnosis.

“It’s [heartbreaking] to announce the [doctors] found another cancerous mass on my ovaries and I’m taking this time to be alone with the ones closest to me,” she wrote. “The next step is a hysterectomy.” Woods turned off the comments section on her post.

Woods was first introduced to fans on the 90 Day Fiancé franchise alongside ex Ed “Big Ed” Brown. The former couple was known for being on and off, having broken up more than 11 times on screen.

“I’ve known for a few months that it really wasn’t going to work,” Ed, 59, exclusively told Luxury Handbag Shopping while talking about their time together on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? in May 2024, noting they both had issues that needed to be worked through separately.

Ed told Us they would often “sweep [their problems] under the rug” and continue on with their life. He added, “We never learned how to deal with those issues.”

That November, he sent her well wishes, telling Us exclusively post-split, “I hope she’s happy. I want nothing but the best for her in life.”

After their makeups and breakups aired on TV, Woods revealed that she was battling cancer in December 2024 when a social media user criticized her for being “too skinny.”

The reality star posted her reply, in which she praised her body for being able to endure chemotherapy treatments.

“It’s actually perfect thank you very much,” she responded to the private message. “My body has been through depression, which made me gain an uncontrollable amount of weight, treated me well during my own weight loss journey and then endured 14 rounds of chemo.”

Woods added, “I pray you deal with your own body insecurities. Much love.”
