No surprise here: "She sleeps a lot," Leah tells Us. The Teen Mom 2 star suffered a miscarriage a year prior and explains that Adalynn is "such a blessing, because it was really hard for us to lose our first child."

After having twins three years ago, Leah tells Us that taking care of Adalynn is a breeze. "This time, Jeremy and I had bought our home and really planned a future together," she explains of feeling prepared to have a third child.

Leah says baby Adalynn "looks like her daddy." She shares, "She might have my eyes, but her nose, cheeks and mouth all look like Jeremy's."
