Beyoncé, Carrie Underwood and Emily Blunt have all revealed their pregnant bellies at awards shows.

Beyoncé performed pregnant at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2011, debuting her baby bump with her stage costume. “Tonight, I want you to stand up on your feet. I want you to feel the love that’s growing inside of me,” Beyoncé told the audience during the awards show before unbuttoning her blazer and rubbing her stomach. Blunt, meanwhile, attended the 2016 Academy Awards with her budding belly on display in a soft pink gown, prior to welcoming her and husband John Krasinski’s second daughter. Underwood, for her part, cradled her stomach at the 2018 American Music Awards, walking the red carpet two months after announcing she and husband Mike Fisher were expecting baby No. 2. "I've decided to stop trying to camouflage my bump today at the Golden Globes so me and baby can truly enjoy and embrace the moment fully together," she wrote in a Vogue essay.

Sienna Miller made a statement at the Fashion Awards in London in December 2025 when she revealed her third pregnancy in a sheer dress over a pair of white briefs. She is already the mom of daughter Marlowe with ex Tom Sturridge and a baby girl with boyfriend Oli Green.

Christen Harper and Jared Goff announced they were expecting their first baby on the NFL Honors red carpet in February 2025. The couple posed for photos together while Harper cradled her baby bump. The football player and Harper welcomed daughter Romy in July 2025.

Taylour Paige showed off her baby bump for the first time at Essence’s Black Women in Hollywood Awards in February 2025. Paige and her husband, Gary “Rivington Starchild” Agulo, went on to welcome their first baby, a son, in May 2025. 

Actress Briga Heelan announced that she was expecting her second baby with husband Rene Gube while walking the red carpet at the 2024 Emmy Awards.

Too Hot to Handle alum Francesca Farago showed off her baby bump at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in April 2024 hours after announcing she was pregnant with her first baby. She was all smiles alongside fiancé Jesse Sullivan as she stunned in a black, floor-length gown with silver rings cascading down the front and a knee-high split.

Vanessa Hudgens revealed she was expecting her first baby with her husband, Cole Tucker, at the 2024 Oscars. She debuted her baby bump in a black turtleneck dress with long sleeves. Zac Brown Band member Caroline Jones showed off her baby bump at the 2023 CMA Awards in November. Jones revealed in July of that year that she was expecting baby No. 1 with husband Nick Dana.

Rihanna donned a sheer black gown with leather accents at the 2023 Oscars that showed off her growing belly ahead of welcoming baby No. 2. Rihanna, who was nominated for Best Original Song, stunned at the awards show before taking the stage to perform “Lift Me Up.”

One month after announcing she was expecting her second baby, the Bear actress Abby Elliott showed off her growing baby bump at the 2023 SAG Awards in February. She was nominated for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series for the FX series.

The Greatest Showman actress Rebecca Ferguson unveiled her baby bump at the British Academy Film Awards in February 2018. She gave birth to a baby girl in July of that year. 

The Desperate Housewives alum Eva Longoria showcased her belly in a figure-hugging velvet gown at the Golden Globes in January 2018. Longoria welcomed her first baby with husband Jose “Pepe” Baston in June of that year. They named the little boy Santiago. 

Supermodel Miranda Kerr turned heads in a Balmain gown at a Golden Globes afterparty in January 2018. Kerr and her husband, Evan Spiegel, welcomed their son Hart in May of that year. 

Emily Blunt revealed a tiny baby bump at the 2016 Academy Awards. In July of that year, baby Violet joined big sister Hazel, both of whom she shares with husband John Krasinski. 

Scandal alum Kerry Washington showed off her growing belly in a Balenciaga gown at the 2014 Golden Globe Awards in January. Washington and her husband, Nnamdi Asomugha, welcomed Isabelle in April 2014 and Caleb in October 2016.

At the end of the song, she dropped the mic, unbuttoned her blazer and started rubbing her belly. The Grammy winner and her husband, Jay-Z, welcomed daughter Blue in January 2012, while Beyoncé showcased her baby bump for pregnancy No. 2 at the Grammy Awards in February 2017 before welcoming twins Rumi and Sir in June of that year.
