"You know those mozzarella string cheese sticks? I try to carry those," the actress and mom to Caleb, 13, and Liv Helen, 8, tells Us. "Kids love those and crackers, pretzels and carrots. I try to have all of that for the times when they're hungry -- and they can get hungry really fast!"
