Just like Charlotte York, Kristin Davis turned to adoption to fulfill her dream of becoming a mom!
The Sex and the City actress, 46, welcomed baby Gemma Rose a few months ago. But a pal close to Davis tells the new Luxury Handbag Shopping — on stands Friday — she "has been thinking about doing this for a while."
In a 2010 interview, the star — who's been linked to actors Alec Baldwin and Rick Fox — admitted the idea of single parenthood gave her pause. "It's a really hard job," she said.
But those close to Davis say she's more than ready for motherhood. "She's really loving and caring," a friend gushed to Us. "She'll make a great mom."
