The Greek star, who turned 28 Sunday, welcomed son Emmett Emmanual on Monday, her rep confirms to Luxury Handbag Shopping. Born two days late, the newborn weighed 7 lbs., 7 oz.
This is the first child for Grammer and husband James Hesketh, whom she wed in February. The actress recently told Us that her father, Kelsey, was excited about becoming a first-time grandfather.
"He loves babies. Doesn't everyone love babies?" she asked. "They have that certain smell and stuff. I think he's very excited about that."
