Heidi Klum’s 19-year-old son, Henry, is following in her fashionable footsteps and made his runway debut during Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week.
“So proud of you Henry,” Klum, 51, wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, January 28. “Opening the Lena Erziak Haute Couture Show in Paris ❤️❤️❤️.”
Henry, whom Klum shares with ex-husband Seal, walked in Erziak’s Spring/Summer 2025 presentation in two black suits. One look featured a dramatic open back, while the other was accessorized with an oversized black scarf.
“I’m more excited than nervous,” Henry told Vogue Germany ahead of the fashion show. “I’m going to do my best and try to enjoy every moment to the fullest!”
He further gushed that he felt “very proud” to strut down the runway in Erziak’s show.
“I don’t do a lot of preparation, but since I usually wear dark nail polish, I kept my nails a little more neutral for my arrival in Paris,” he joked to Vogue.
In addition to a subdued manicure, Henry’s hair was styled in his signature locs.
“To make Henry feel comfortable, we didn’t change his natural look,” hairstylist Alexander von Trentini told the outlet. “With the dreads, it is particularly important to capture the texture and create a well-groomed look. For Henry’s hair, I use a special Afro sponge.”
Klum is a mother of four. She shares daughter Leni (also a model) with ex Flavio Briatore, as well as sons Henry and Jonah and daughter Lou with Seal. The “Kiss From a Rose” singer, who adopted Leni when she was 5 years old, and Klum split in 2012 and continue coparenting their children. (Klum has since married guitarist Tom Kaulitz, while Seal, 61, has been in a relationship with Laura Strayer since 2021.)
“To me, they are simply my mother and father,” Henry recalled to the German publication. “I admire the hard work they put into their success every day. Their creativity inspires me and they have always encouraged my siblings and me to pursue our own artistic interests.
Klum and Seal are among their kids’ biggest cheerleaders. Before Henry’s modeling debut, sister Leni, 20, similarly made her mark in the industry.
“Leni told me to look straight ahead and walk as if I was balancing a book on my head,” Henry told Vogue of his sibling’s advice. “My mother told me to do my best and not forget to have fun. My mother often reminds me to pay attention to my posture, so I try to heed her advice.”
According to Henry, he didn’t always envision becoming a model.
“I have many interests — sports, music, film and fashion,” he explained. “I want to use the different creative experiences that are available to me to find the right path for my future.”
