Simone Biles broke down everything to know about her recent breast augmentation.
Biles, 28, took to TikTok on Wednesday, November 19, to get candid about going under the knife.
“Let’s talk about it,” Biles said while pointing at her chest. “I got my boobs done June 16, but I know everybody wants to know: Who was the doctor? Where did I get them done? Did I do over or under? And what size implants did I do?”
Biles shared that she got the work done in Houston, Texas, by Dr. Kriti Mohan. “She’s the best,” the Olympian gushed.
“We decided under the muscles was gonna be the best option for me based on my inspiration photos to get the most natural look,” Biles explained, noting she got 310cc with “high profile, extra filled [and] silicone” implants.
Biles explained that the implants were the best look for her because she’s 4-foot-8 and 105 lbs, and has “broad shoulders.”

When it came to her recovery, Biles told her followers that it was worse than she expected. “Ya’ll lied. This s*** hurts so bad. Your girl could not move by herself.”
Biles said that it took her two weeks to feel better. “My recovery was rough,” she recalled. “The very first day, Jonathan had to lift me up out of bed and take me to the restroom.” (Biles and Jonathan Owens tied the knot in 2023.) She shared that since she’s so built, going under the muscle caused a more difficult recovery.
Right after getting her implants, Biles felt as if they looked too high on her profile. “I did freak out and I did talk to my doctor and I was like, ‘Take them out, they need to be smaller.’ They looked like alien breasts at first, but now they’re perfect.”
The gymnast added that she’s happy with her size because 330cc, which was discussed between her and her doctor, “would not have fit” her body.
She also shared that her incisions are “probably half an inch” each under her breasts. “They look really good,” she praised.
“Girl talk 🍒,” Biles captioned the post. Her fans praised her transparency in the comments section.
“We loooooooooove a honest girls girl 😍,” one wrote, while another added, “Oh they’re sitting PRETTY, such a good lovely result ❤️.” A third gushed, “They look SO good & natural ✨✨✨✨.”
Biles previously opened up about her breast augmentation, telling People that she decided to go under the knife to feel even more confident.
“It’s just something that I notice obviously a little bit more because I live in this body, I’m just so used to it,” she explained.
The gymnast first confirmed that she got a breast augmentation in August after fans were speculating that she may have gone under the knife.
At the time, she posted a clip of her doing a flip on a trampoline and captioned the post, “First film — in a year — at the new house — with new 🍒.”
