Hailey Bieber keeps it real.
Bieber, 28, took to Instagram on Monday, April 21, to share a candid pic of her figure while experiencing ovarian cysts. In the snap, she rolled up her black workout top, giving fans a look at her torso. For the uninitiated, ovarian cysts can cause bloating, pain in the lower abdomen, irregular periods and more.
Bieber teamed her top with low-waisted black pants as she relaxed on her couch. She went makeup-free, giving the camera a soft smile, and applied a star-shaped pimple patch from the beauty brand Starface on her cheek.
“Currently have 2 ovarian cysts 😩,” she captioned the post. “If you deal with ovarian cysts, I’m right there with ya! ❤️🩹.”
This isn’t the first time Bieber has gotten real about having an ovarian cyst. In November 2022, she shared via her Instagram Story that she had a cyst “the size of an apple.”
“I don’t have endometriosis or PCOS, but I have gotten an ovarian cyst a few times and it’s never fun,” she added.
At the time, she lifted her shirt and wrote, “not a baby,” next to her stomach. “It’s painful and achey and makes me feel nauseous and bloated and cramps and emotional,” she commented. “Anyways… I’m sure a lot of you can overly relate and understand. We got this.”
Bieber has previously opened up about experiencing pregnancy rumors when she was bloated while chatting with GQ in October 2023.
“Recently, everybody was like, ‘Oh, my God, she’s pregnant.’ And that’s happened to me multiple times before,” the model told the publication. “There is something that’s disheartening about, ‘Damn, I can’t be bloated one time and not be pregnant?’”
Hailey later welcomed her first baby, son Jack Blues, with husband Justin Bieber in August 2024.
