Brittany Cartwright showed off her bikini body after undergoing a “mommy makeover” surgery.
Cartwright, 37, took to Instagram on Monday, March 23, to post a beach selfie. In the pic, she slayed in a two-toned bikini featuring an orange triangle cup adorned with a blue fish and coral details and a yellow cup with a puffer fish.
The Valley star teamed the top with crochet bottoms and a dainty gold necklace with a circular pendant.
Cartwright donned soft glam while soaking up the sun, including manicured eyebrows, sun-kissed cheeks and glossy lips. She gave the camera a soft smile and flipped her highlighted hair, which was styled in mermaid waves, to one side of her head.
“🩷🪸🌴,” she captioned the post. Her celebrity friends and fans complimented her in the comments section.
“Literally thought this was Chrissy Teigen at first glance 😍,” Cartwright’s Vanderpump Rules costar Kristen Doute commented. Her Valley costar Nia Sanchez also gushed, “Love this look ☀️.” Another follower added, “This hair on you!!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥.”
Cartwright’s bikini post comes after she got a “mommy makeover” in October 2025 amid her divorce from Jax Taylor, with whom she shares 4-year-old son Cruz.

At the time, she shared a mirror selfie via Instagram of her torso wrapped up with drains attached. “When they said ‘remove what no longer serves you,’ I took it literally 💅,” she captioned the pic.
She added, “In all seriousness, y’all know I always keep it real — and sooo…I did a thing. Something I’ve wanted to do for years and I finally took the step for me.” Cartwright also noted that she “couldn’t be happier” with her results. “Still recovering, but feeling stronger (and lighter) every day. Can’t wait to share more with you soon!”
Later that month, Luxury Handbag Shopping exclusively revealed that Cartwright had gotten a tummy tuck and new breast implants.
“I’m still recovering from a huge surgery even though I’m feeling better every day,” she shared via her Instagram Story at the time. “I had my tubes removed today and it went so much better than I thought. It was, like, hardly any pain, I barely felt anything at all. So, I feel so free, and I feel so much better. It’s crazy how much better I instantly felt with having the tubes removed. So, still very swollen but, oh my Gosh, I’m feeling amazing.”
